Because every product is uniquely handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Why We Don't Accept Returns

Every item from Embroidery by Geetika is made by hand, from scratch, specifically for you. Unlike mass-produced products, each piece involves hours of skilled artisan work using carefully chosen materials. Because your order is custom-created, it cannot be restocked, resold, or reused once it leaves our studio.

No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Slight variations in color due to screen/monitor settings
  • Variations inherent to the handmade nature of the product
  • Incorrect details provided at the time of ordering (name, size, color choice, etc.)
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier/logistics partners

When We Will Help

We take great pride in our craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was confirmed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your case and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. No cash refunds will be issued.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, before production has begun. Once your order has entered the crafting process, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
